Onside is seeking a CRM-focused architect to own our HubSpot-backed commercial engine. You'll oversee pipelines, lifecycle stages, data taxonomy, and the spine that ties Marketing, Sales, Partners and Customer together.

You'll implement forecasting and revenue intelligence to enable quarterly planning and drive growth. You'll automate the end-to-end funnel, including lead routing, scoring, enrichment, and contracting workflows, while ensuring a single cohesive account experience across teams.
