Job Description
Palazzo Salato in Sydney's CBD is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team in a high-volume, refined dining workplace.
You will oversee daily operations, manage reservations and pacing, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a 120-seat venue.
You'll bring proven leadership in premium casual or fine dining, solid financial acumen, and a passion for Italian cuisine and wine.
RSA certification and Australian work rights are required.
