This full time role focuses on delivering high-quality, resident-centred care, coordinating care plans, and supervising staff in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.
You will collaborate with GPs and allied health specialists, ensure safety, and support quality-of-life initiatives for residents.
Eligible applicants hold AHPRA registration and have aged care experience.
