Moda Living is seeking a friendly Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join our Seven Hills showroom and office.
This multi-faceted role includes helping walk-in customers, handling inquiries by phone and email, supporting order status, coordinating basic warranty issues and managing e-commerce tasks.
Experience in customer service or retail is preferred; knowledge of Shopify or online marketplaces is a bonus.
