Yaki Jin in Melbourne seeks a Head Chef to run our central kitchen in Keysborough. This production role focuses on wagyu and salmon breakdown, slicing, skewers, sauces and purchasing, with a six-person team and weekday production only.

You'll own food cost across the group and earn a bonus when targets are met. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate as we gear up for expansion into takeaway, catering and retail lines.
