BUILDXWISE is a rapid-growing residential builder in Victoria seeking a Project Administrator / Coordinator. You will report to the Director and coordinate projects from contract signing through to completion, supporting Sales, Estimating, Design and Construction teams.

This role covers project administration, contracts, pre-site coordination, client liaison and construction administration, while supporting the House & Land program and helping develop scalable systems for growth.
