Resimac is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Collections Officer to join the Recoveries team and support the management of Asset Finance accounts across a range of recovery and collections activities.
You will liaise with borrowers, solicitors and internal stakeholders, handling arrears, hardship applications and notices while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment.
