Princess Alexandra Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Lead to coordinate and advance care across the Surgical Care Unit and Extended Stay Unit in Brisbane. You will work with the Nurse Unit Manager to provide clinical and human resource management support, drive education, quality improvement and service change.
You will lead the nursing workforce, plan rostering and coordinate shifts, while contributing to research and practice development within a supportive public-hospital setting.
