Bunnings is seeking an experienced Department Manager in Wonthaggi VIC to oversee daily operations, sales and high-volume stock management in your specialist area. You will lead a 20+ member team, drive service excellence and ensure our Widest Range and Best Prices are showcased.

You will train and develop your team, monitor customer service levels, collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health and Safety, and manage weekend rosters with a 1 in 3 weekend requirement.
