Job Description
West Wimmera Health Service in Nhill is seeking a Wound Care Nurse to join our team in a part time capacity (48 hours per fortnight).
You will maximise patient outcomes by applying best practices in skin integrity and wound management across our health service.
The role requires APHRA registration, a postgraduate wound management qualification, and solid communication, organisational and ICT skills.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to high-quality care and education
