The Vicar Hotel in Dural is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Bistro service and Rosa's contemporary Italian restaurant.
You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee daily operations, manage bookings, and maintain high standards of food and beverage service.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, charismatic and thrives in a team workplace, with 2+ years in hospitality, superb communication, robust food and wine knowledge, and the flexibility to work wide-ranging hours.
