Bayside Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager for the Better at Home service based at Caulfield Hospital.
The role supports the Nurse Manager in operationalising core values of nursing care across the 45 beds in the North and South teams.
The role is full time Monday to Friday with a focus on clinical leadership, staff development, safety, and patient-centred care within a agile home-based subacute program.
