Clyde Secondary College is seeking a dedicated Careers Practitioner to guide students through senior pathways, VCE, SBATs and tertiary entries.
You will deliver careers education, coordinate work experience and liaise with external providers to support student transitions.
You will develop Career Action Plans, provide individual counselling and ensure accurate records while collaborating with families, staff and employers to create robust post-school prospects.
