Corine Duke Recruitment Pty Ltd is partnering with a global manufacturer to appoint a Site Manager for two Melbourne-area manufacturing sites.
The role covers day shift, Monday to Friday, with full ownership across the 2 sites and a salary range of $140,000–$150,000 plus car, bonus and super.
You will lead ~40 people, integrate site operations, drive safety and quality, and grow capacity toward a single, larger site.
