Recovery Alliance Care (RAC) is seeking a First Nations Support Worker to support a young person in Coburg.
You will provide trauma-informed, culturally secure assistance to help build independence, routines and social engagement, with emphasis on AOD-related needs and mental health support.
Robust experience with young people and relevant checks are essential.
The role focuses on community access, life skills, and working within individual support plans to ensure consistent, respectful care.
