Xperience People and Change Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Truganina VIC distribution centre.
Reporting to the DC Operations Manager, you will lead two Team Leaders and a team of around 14, ensuring inbound, pick/pack and dispatch run safely, on time and to standard.
This hands-on leadership role requires you to work on the floor, set pace, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and delivery through proactive management.
