Shanglish Broadmeadows seeks an experienced chef to join our skilled kitchen team in Broadmeadows.
You will prepare and cook Lebanese and contemporary Middle Eastern dishes using fresh ingredients, traditional cooking techniques and contemporary presentation methods.
The Chef will assist with menu preparation, food quality control, stock management and maintaining a clean, secure and efficient kitchen.
