You will oversee claims lodgement and customer enquiries, coach Team Leaders, and drive service excellence while ensuring regulatory compliance and process improvements.
You will partner with Claims, Operations and Customer Experience leaders to deliver strategic outcomes, build capability, and enhance the customer experience in a quick-paced workplace.
