Job Description
White Oak is seeking a Community Support Worker to travel to clients across the Eastern Suburbs, Western Suburbs and Hills, providing in-home personal care and daily living support.
You will follow care plans to assist with showering, meal prep, medication prompts, transfers, social support and domestic tasks, with availability 20+ hours per week.
This casual role offers ongoing training, progression prospects, and access to an Employee Assistance Program.
