Mini Masterminds is seeking a full time Educational Leader (ECT) at Box Hill to drive educational excellence.
You will mentor educators, guide curriculum development, and promote best practice in early childhood education across the centre.
You will lead on-floor coaching, ensure high-quality programming aligned with EYLF, and collaborate with the Leadership Team to achieve outstanding outcomes for children and families.
