TMGM seeks a detail-oriented Junior HR Operations Specialist to support the HR operations function in a quick-paced, globally connected team.
You will assist with onboarding and offboarding, data entry, HR systems, employee inquiries, compliance, and process improvement.
This role offers hands-on experience early in an HR career, exposure to up-to-date HR tools such as Employment Hero, and collaboration with IT, Finance and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and exceptional service.
