Silverstrand Developments is seeking multiple experienced Civil/Structural Supervisors skilled in Civil Structures, Concrete, Bridges and Rail work.
Roles include supervising subcontractors on rail and civil projects, with a base salary, super, vehicle and KPI bonus.
Prospects exist on WWTP, Bundaberg, Brisbane and Logan sites.
You will lead site teams, forecast construction plans with engineers, manage day-to-day activities, and ensure quality, safety and budget adherence across projects.
