Job Description
Custom Fleet is seeking a Commercial Downtime & Safety Controller to oversee end‐to‐end downtime management for commercial vehicles off the road.
You'll work with repairers, suppliers, customers, drivers, and internal teams to minimise downtime, identify root causes, and return vehicles to service quickly and cost‐effectively.
You will define downtime causes, track timeframes, and escalate issues when needed while advocating for the best customer outcomes and safety.
