Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Tweed Heads facility on a casual basis.
You will undertake initial and ongoing nursing assessments, develop personalised care plans, and participate in quarterly care plan evaluations within a supportive, not-for-profit aged care workplace.
Ideal candidates hold RN Division 1 with AHPRA registration, have at least 2 years' experience in aged care, and understand ANACC assessments and funding submissions.
