Job Description
DEECA seeks a Technical Assistant in Molecular Genetics to support research and breeding projects for crops significant to Victoria's agriculture.
You will perform high-throughput DNA extraction, sample processing, genotyping and data management to support crop improvement in cereals, pulses and oilseeds.
Under the supervision of Research Scientist Ms Debbie Wong, you will maintain lab records, follow protocols and safety standards, and collaborate within a adaptable, hybrid work setting.
