Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains is seeking an experienced Conference and Events Supervisor to lead the day-to-day delivery of conferences and events in our resort. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will energise the team to deliver exceptional service across our F&B; outlets and events spaces.
You will motivate staff, manage rosters, ensure safety and quality standards, and foster guest connections with a warm, qualified approach.
