Five Star Millwork LLC seeks a seasonedestimator/preconstructionprofessional to read project documents, develop scopes of work, and prepare detailed hard bid estimates.
You will work with management and field teams to estimate labor, material, equipment, and overhead while attending pre-bid meetings and site visits.
Responsibilities include presenting bids, ensuring timely proposals, maintaining project files, and identifying bid improvements.
