Department of Transport and Main Roads is seeking an Advisor (Property Management) to help manage a diverse property portfolio supporting Queensland's transport network.
You will provide leasing, tenancy management, maintenance advice and ensure regulatory compliance across projects and assets.
In this role you will engage with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate acquisitions and tenancy onboarding, assess risks, and represent the department in forums such as QCAT.
