Southern Cross Care WA is seeking a permanent part time Registered Nurse to coordinate and lead client-focused care at Jeremiah Donovan House.
You will supervise a small team of care staff and manage night shifts from 22:30 to 07:15.
Located in Forrestfield (Jeremiah Donovan House), the facility serves 65 residents with nursing care, medication management, personal care, and dementia support.
