We're looking for anexperienced Medical Receptionistto join our friendly GP clinic.
If you're confident withBest Practice, comfortable in a busy medical environment and genuinely enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
Welcoming patients and providing warm, qualified service
Managing appointments, phones and patient enquiries
Patient check-in/check-out and Medicare billing
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Managing referrals, correspondence and recalls
Supporting our doctors and clinical team
Keeping reception running smoothly and efficiently
About you
You'll be:
Experienced in medical reception, ideally within general practice
Confident using Best Practice software
Calm,



organised and able to multitask
Friendly, skilled and an excellent communicator
Reliable, proactive and comfortable working independently
Someone who takes pride in providing a outstanding patient experience
Committed to patient privacy and confidentiality
