The role requires empathy, solid communication, and teamwork within a friendly, purpose-driven not-for-profit workplace.
Experience in dementia care is highly regarded; Cert III in Ageing is required, with higher certificates or diplomas welcomed.
A current driver's licence and First Aid/ CPR are essential.
