Central Coast ARAFMI has just celebrated 50 years of service across the NSW Central Coast.
We are now looking to the future and require a proactive, experienced leader to manage a small team of support workers and volunteers across two locations at Narara and Bateau Bay.
We offer day programs for up to 30 people with disability each week including 1:1 support if required, interactive creative activities, life skills and access to respite/short term accommodation for eligible participants.
Aboutyou:
Minimum 3 years demonstrated leadership experience within the Disability Services sector
Certificate IV in Community Services (disability) + current NSW driver's licence & NDIS worker check.
Proven ability to coach and support colleagues in developing their skills, capabilities, and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
Experience in coordinating daily operations and tasks for a team.
Including WHS, incident management and safeguarding.
Experience managing intake, onboarding, billing and reporting.
Expertise in preparing service agreements, plans & developing KPI's
Ability to build and maintain a strong culture of continuous improvement & accountability.
Duties & Responsibilities
Support the CEO with day‐to‐day operations, planning, reporting and service delivery.
Delivery of high‐quality, secure and person‐centred supports.
Create a positive, respectful and qualified team culture.
Expand, promote and diversify services and programs.
Staff rosters
Build solid partnerships with internal/external stakeholders including community groups, other service providers, families, participants and carers.
Manage KPI's, financial performance and outcomes.
This is a P/T role, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm.
SCHADS award, Level 5.
