Built Living, based in Perth, is seeking a Project Manager to lead front-end delivery of major residential development projects, including Build-to-Rent, apartments and mixed-use developments.
Working with the Project Director and Development Manager, you will coordinate planning, design, approvals, procurement and delivery through to D&C; contract award.
A proactive, commercially-minded qualified with multi-stakeholder coordination is essential.
