You will work on high-profile takeovers, schemes of arrangement, and mergers, reporting to senior practitioners and gaining exposure to major transactions.
The role offers prospects across national and Asia deals within a leading corporate practice.
2–4 years' experience and knowledge of the Corporations Act Chapter 6 are preferred.
