Responsibilities
Perform hands-on advanced carpentry and remedial works in office.
Lead and supervisetrades/subcontractorsand maintain productivity.
Ensure adherence to WHS systems, inductions, and hazard controls.
Maintain site quality assurance and workmanship standards.
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and defect reports.
Problem-solve effectively and make timely site decisions.
Manage project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
Competent Tradesman with proven remedial experience.
Background in waterproofing,



structural rectification, façade and balcony repair.
Robust understanding of remedial building codes and construction details.
Capable of leading trades and maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
White Card, driver's licence, and reliable transport required.
