$38.95 per/hour + Penalty Rates + 12% Super
Monday to Friday from 11am to 7pm and some public holidays

THE POSITION
Execute catering across our elite corporate venues designing dishes for functions, banquets, and cocktail events.
Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
Championing the significance of allergy awareness and ensuring controls are adhered to
Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation & stock control.




Ensure the safe production of a high-quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided.

THE PERSON
Chef's Trade Qualifications
Driven and self-motivated individual who is capable of working autonomously
A comprehensive knowledge of all kitchen operations and exciting latest food trends
Strong attention to detail
An applied knowledge and passion for understanding OHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations.
