Responsibilities include:
Converting display home visitors and enquiries into current home sales contracts
Creating tailored home and land package solutions
Building robust customer relationships throughout the sales journey
Maintaining knowledge of home designs, estates and land availability
Generating referral opportunities and providing exceptional customer service
