THE POSITION
Prepare fresh, nutritious meals for students
Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
Monitor stock and minimize wastage
Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation
Parking available on site

THE PERSON
Minimum of Certificate III Commercial Cookery
Experience as a qualified chef
Be motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
Solid knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality




Prep and cook items from our diverse menus and daily specials, maintaining exceptional standards
Ability to work within budget
Manage food costs through portion control, waste reduction, and stock control
Build solid relationships with both internal and external customers
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Champion allergy awareness and ensure all safety controls are followed
