$33.00 per hour + Penalty Rates + 12% Super

The Position:
Prepare and cook meals in accordance with the menu
Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and in a clean and secure manner
Manage food inventory and assist with ordering supplies
Ensure quality and presentation of all dishes meet the standards
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Collaborate with the team to manage meal preparation and service during peak times




Work closely with management to develop menu ideas or special offerings

The Person:
Chef’s Trade Qualifications.
Proven experience as a chef or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work well under pressure during busy times
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends if necessary
A positive, professional attitude
