In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: + Apply documented procedures and policies to complete basic repairs and schedule maintenance. + Disassemble, inspect, and clean engines and/or engine components. + Assist with required documentation, such as work completed forms, time sheets, warranty claims, and quality forms. + Complete training in line with skill and business requirements. + Maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation. + Ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation. + **Electrical Knowledge:** Demonstrate knowledge of Cummins and industry standards on working with low and/or high voltage. + **Electronic Service Tool Application:** Identify and utilize the appropriate electronic tool set for service events. + **Mechanical Knowledge:** Apply mechanical principles and theories using appropriate tools and procedures. + **Product Repair and Maintenance:** Repair and maintain mechanical/electrical products following guidelines. + **Service Documentation:** Create and verify customer, equipment, and technical information. + **Technical Escalation:** Obtain product technical issue information and utilize available resources. + **Values differences:** Recognize the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization.
