As a Pavement Engineer, you'll bring your technical expertise to the design and delivery of durable, high-performing pavement solutions across multi-disciplinary transport projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring pavement systems are safe, cost-effective and built to last - while collaborating with a team that values technical excellence and innovation. **What you'll do** You'll contribute across the full project lifecycle, supporting design, review and delivery activities: + Review pavement materials, mix designs and maintain concrete mix registers + Design and assess flexible and rigid pavement systems + Prepare technical reports and engineering drawings + Undertake desktop reviews to ensure compliance with quality systems and client requirements + Collaborate across disciplines on major infrastructure projects + Support proposal preparation, including cost inputs and technical contributions + Apply relevant standards,
