**WSP | Darwin** WSP's Building Services team in Darwin is growing, and we're looking for an experienced **Electrical Engineer** at **Associate to Associate Director level** to support a strong pipeline of defence, commercial and infrastructure projects. This is a key leadership role within a close-knit team, offering the opportunity to shape project delivery locally while being supported by WSP's national and global network. **The role** You will play a leading role in delivering projects and strengthening our presence in the Northern Territory. You'll be responsible for: + Leading electrical design across defence, commercial and infrastructure projects + Managing project delivery, including programme, financials and client outcomes + Building and maintaining strong client relationships + Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities + Mentoring and developing engineers within the team + Collaborating with national teams to bring specialist capability into local projects **About you** + Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent) + Strong experience within building services consultancy + Proven leadership experience across project delivery and client management + Experience working on defence or secure projects is highly regarded + Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business growth + Australian Citizenship (essential) **What we offer** + A strong pipeline of defence,
