**WSP | Melbourne** WSP's Building Services team in Melbourne is continuing to grow, and we're looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established and highly collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver mechanical design across a diverse portfolio of projects, including major commercial developments, infrastructure, and emerging sectors such as data centres. **The role** As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll take ownership of project delivery while supporting the development of junior engineers and contributing to client relationships. You'll be involved in: + Leading mechanical design for HVAC and building systems + Managing projects from concept through to delivery + Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across Property & Buildings + Engaging with clients and stakeholders to drive project outcomes + Mentoring and supporting engineers within the team **About you** + Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent)
