As a Senior Pavement Engineer, you'll take a leading role in designing durable, cost-effective pavement solutions while guiding teams across complex, multi-disciplinary projects. This is an opportunity to step into technical leadership-driving design excellence, influencing client outcomes, and mentoring emerging engineers while contributing to major infrastructure programs. **What you'll do** You'll lead and contribute across the full project lifecycle, bringing both technical expertise and leadership: + Lead the design and review of flexible and rigid pavement systems + Provide technical oversight on pavement materials, mix designs and concrete mix registers + Drive high-quality technical reporting, design documentation and drawing reviews + Lead multidisciplinary collaboration on major infrastructure projects + Guide and mentor junior engineers, supporting capability uplift + Identify and manage risks across projects, applying safety in design principles + Contribute to and review proposals, including technical inputs and costings + Ensure compliance with relevant standards, quality systems and client requirements + Influence project outcomes to deliver best-for-client,
