Title: Principal Bridge Designer Looking to take the lead on impactful bridge and transport infrastructure projects across Western Australia? We're seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our high-performing Structural team, where you'll play a key role in delivering complex designs, mentoring engineers, and shaping the future of infrastructure across the state. The Opportunity: Reporting to the WA Structural Discipline Manager, you will operate as a technical specialist delivering structural engineering services across the transport sector, with a robust focus on bridge infrastructure. You'll lead the planning and delivery of engineering work, applying sound judgement to complex challenges including competing design requirements, material constraints and multi-disciplinary coordination. This role combines technical leadership, project delivery and client engagement, with opportunities to contribute to proposals, support business development, and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities: + Deliver structural design and analysis for bridge and transport infrastructure projects + Plan and execute work to meet budget, schedule and quality targets + Prepare and review design calculations, reports, specifications and drawings + Mentor and support junior engineers, designers and drafters + Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and regulatory authorities + Contribute to proposals, project planning and business development activities + Support delivery of MRWA projects, including ETS panel work and inspections About You: You are a technically strong and commercially aware Structural Engineer with deep experience in infrastructure, particularly bridges, and a passion for mentoring and developing others. + Degree in Engineering (Structural or equivalent)
