This is a true partnering role where you'll coach, influence and guide leaders across workforce planning, performance, talent, engagement, organisational change, and employee relations. A key focus of this role is industrial relations and Enterprise Agreements. We're seeking someone with strong EBA/EA experience, including interpretation, application, remuneration frameworks and ideally negotiation or bargaining exposure. You'll be the go-to expert for leaders seeking practical, commercially focused advice in a complex environment.
