We're seeking an experienced leader to head our Engineering & Technical Services function within the C-27J Program. This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for leading a large technical workforce, driving customer outcomes, developing capability, and ensuring the safe and effective delivery of engineering services in a dynamic operational environment. **What You'll Do** As Engineering & Technical Services Manager, you will: + Lead and develop a high-performing engineering and technical services team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement. + Provide strategic, tactical and operational leadership to ensure customer requirements and contractual obligations are successfully delivered. + Build and maintain strong relationships across customers, program leadership, engineering teams and key operational stakeholders. + Oversee planning, prioritisation, scheduling, resource management and reporting across a diverse portfolio of engineering activities. + Drive workforce planning, capability development and succession planning to support current and future business needs. + Work collaboratively across engineering,
