**Project Finance Specialist** **Finance | Enterprise | Australia-wide** At WSP, we're looking for a capable and detail-oriented Project Finance Specialist to join our Finance team, partnering closely with project leaders to drive strong financial outcomes across a diverse portfolio of projects. **The Opportunity** This role plays a critical part in supporting project teams to deliver financially successful outcomes. You will provide both financial and operational support, ensuring project performance is tracked, understood, and optimised-while maintaining compliance with WSP standards and systems. **What You'll Do** You'll work across a portfolio of projects, taking ownership of key project finance activities, including: + Deliver accurate day-to-day project accounting support across multiple projects + Monitor project costs, revenue recognition, and overall financial performance + Manage the full project accounting lifecycle in ERP-from budgets to invoicing and close-out + Partner with Project Managers on budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making + Support subcontractor set-up, procurement processes, and invoice validation + Oversee project billing and follow up on accounts receivable and payments + Identify risks, investigate variances,



and escalate or resolve issues early + Interpret contract and commercial terms to ensure correct financial treatment + Contribute to clear communication of project financials to both financial and non-financial stakeholders + Produce regular financial reports and insights to support project outcomes **Success in This Role** You will combine strong technical capability with the ability to influence and partner effectively with project teams.
