Our Wireline Services deliver high quality E-line or wireline data acquisition services at the wellsite. **Partner with the best** As a Field Supervisor I - Wireline / E-Line, you will be responsible for delivering a wide array of Wireline logging services offered by Baker Hughes, primarily at the wellsite in Western Australia. As a Field Supervisor I, you will be responsible for: + Deploying a wide variety of wireline services from Baker Hughes wireline or E-Line portfolio at the wellsite. + Managing the safe rig up and down of wireline pressure control operations + Acquiringand deliveringhigh qualitydata from Baker Hughes services to our clients to meet their data acquisitionobjectives. + Supervising and managing a wireline crew of moderate size + Communicating clearly and confidently with the client representative at the wellsite + Advising Customer Representative with the logging operations; basic interpretation of logging data,troubleshootingand wellsite analysis. + Supervising equipment at the wellsite and at the shop to provide specific logging andcompletionsservices. **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will: + Havediploma,degreeor equivalent.



+ Have10years and above experience in wireline or E-Line operations in land or offshore environments. + Have a thorough understanding and competency in oilfield wireline operations and services (advanced cased hole &open; holeservices) + HavedemonstratedPressure Control Competency and Wireline Surface Pressure Control Equipment, through industry recognized training. + Have valid driving license (local or international) + Havelicensein shotfirer, radiationetcis preferred. + Have passed either IELTS, TOEFL, PTE academic, Cambridge English Advance or OET (Required for work permit application) **Work in a way that works for you** We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
