About Horizon Club

Horizon Club is our premium Executive Lounge, renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, sophisticated surroundings, and warm hospitality. We are currently seeking motivated and service-driven hospitality professionals to join our team as All-Rounder (Reception and Food & Beverage) and Food & Beverage Attendant.

The Roles:

Depending on the position, you may:

- Deliver personalised guest service, including checkins, checkouts, and tailored assistance
- Provide premium F&B; service during breakfast, evening canapés, and throughout the day
- Maintain lounge presentation, ensuring the space remains welcoming, organised, and immaculate
- Support daily operations such as buffet setup, clearing tables, and pantry upkeep




- Uphold ShangriLa standards across Front Office, F&B;, and guest experience touchpoints
- These roles work closely together to create a seamless, elevated experience for every Horizon Club guest.

About You:

- Previous experience in an Executive Club Lounge or luxury hotel setting.

- Skilled in Front Office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures.

- Demonstrated ability to provide high-level hospitality and anticipate guest needs.

- Full-time availability for a 7-day rotating roster.

- Full working rights in Australia.

- Current RSA certification.
